Mayuri is the man. :D

I like the layout and your colouring. The detail work is looking good too. Though the shading is kind of on the dark side. Like using black to shade on non-black colours really darkens things. Using the darkest black for the uniform makes it pretty dark too. Other than that this piece is looking really nice.

Keep up the good work. :)
